Our Story.

Stepping Stone Mission of Franklin County began with Joanne Patterson responding to a strong urging from the Lord to make a difference in the lives of those in challenging circumstances. The mission was founded on the vision of ensuring that all individuals, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, or handicap, have access to at least one hot meal every day. Our goal is to provide a free meal, additional take-home food items and access to local information and assistance resources to individuals struggling to meet their basic needs.

Our Mission.

• To provide food to those who are unable to obtain such provisions for themselves.

• To refer persons in need to additional resources in the community.

• To spread and share the knowledge of Jesus Christ and God’s love for all people.

Our Services.

• Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 12:45 AM every day.

• Limited take-home items from our small pantry.

• Local assistance and information area.

• Daily prayer.
